Ranveer Singh injured again

This time while shooting for Gunday in a suburban Mumbai studio

Ranveer Singh injured himself while shooting for Aditya Chopra's production, Gunday. It is learnt that he fell from a certain height and hurt his face. While he was given immediate first aid, things are believed to have worsened and he was rushed to the nearest hospital for treatment by the film's crew members.

According to sources, Ranveer was shooting a song sequence, during the course of which he fell from some height and suffered a gash on his cheek and required a few stitches. On his part, the actor seemed to maintain his sense of humour, as he jested, "Now, I'm even more in character for Gunday."

This is not the first time the actor suffered an injury while shooting. Earlier this year, while filming Udaan director Vikramaditya Motwane's next, Lootera in Dalhousie. Then, he had suffered a back injury and although he shot on the day he got hurt, the pain aggravated. Consequently, he was advised bed rest for a while, which in turn, caused the film's shoot to be postponed by a couple of months.
